Meet Najat, from Ibtikar. “Najat” is inspired by the cultural heritage and traditional attire of the town of Birzeit, providing not only a toy but also an educational piece that connects you to the history and customs of the region.

Dimensions: Large doll: approximately 21 inches tall. Small doll: 11 inches tall. 

Care Instructions: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Ibtikar is a Palestinian NGO established in 2019 in Bethlehem, Palestine. Through creating these handmade Palestinian-themed dolls, Ibtikar has aimed to preserve and convey Palestinian traditions to younger generations and international visitors. The program empowers women in marginalized areas by providing training in embroidery and employment opportunities. 

Each doll tells its own tale, reflecting the soul and authentic art of Palestine. Each one narrates a story, every woven thread contributes to the rich history and preservation of Palestinian heritage.
